안녕하십니까.
국민대학교 법학연구소의 법학전문학술지인<법학논총>(등재지)37권 제3에 게재될 논문을 모집합니다.

이번 호는 안경봉 교수님의 정년퇴임기념 특별호로 발간될 예정입니다.
많은 관심과 참여 부탁드리며자세한 내용은 다음을 참고하시길 바랍니다.

5. 논문심사 및 게재료
 
-심사위원 3인의 심사를 거쳐 게재 여부를 결정함(게재확정된 논문에 대해서만 게재료를 받습니다).
-논문심사 후 최종 편집위원회의 심사를 통해 게재논문이 선정됩니다.
-게재료는 A4기준으로 15(본문,참고문헌,각주,초록 포함)이하 20만 원  입니다. (15면 초과 시,면 당5천 원 추가 게재료 청구될 수 있음.)

<법학논총>의 인용지수(Impact Factor)의 제고를 위하여 투고논문의 각주 및 참고문헌에<법학논총>게재논문들을 적극적으로 인용해주시면 감사하겠습니다.

Call for Papers
The Kookmin Law Review invites the submission of original manuscripts in English on any law related subject for Volume 37, Issue No. 3.
The Kookmin Law Review is published 3 times annually by theLegalResearch Institute at Kookmin University in Seoul, Korea. The Law Review’s primary goals are to promote analytical and critical research amonglegalscholars and practitioners from all over the world.
For the submission, all contributors are invited to upload their paper through online submission form at
http://legalri.jams.or.kr by 01.31, 2025. Should there be any issues uploading paper, you may contact and email it to us at kmulegalri@gmail.com. Please refer to the relevant guidelines below for the submission of manuscripts and feel free to direct any inquiries regarding the submission of manuscripts and/or the Kookmin Law Review to the editors of the Law Review at kmulegalri@gmail.com. 
Submission Guidelines for Original Manuscripts
The Kookmin Law Review requires that all manuscripts closely observe the following guidelines:
1. The submitted manuscript must be original and previously unpublished.
2.It must contain a cover letter indicating the following information: Title of manuscript, Author’s name, qualification, position, contact information, such as address, phone number and email address.
3. It must include a concise English abstract that describes the purpose, methods and arguments of the study and the range of its length must be more than 300 words.
4. It must be around 13 pages in length using A4 paper and 10 point font.
5. Citations in manuscripts should appear in footnotes following The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (Columbia Law Review Ass’n et al. eds., 19th ed. 2010). Please keep in mind that The Bluebook requires detailed citation. Therefore, if you are unfamiliar with The Bluebook citation system, please refer to its citation tips provided online at www.legalbluebook.comand also follow the examples provided below for your guidance.

Short Citation Forms
1) Id. If the work is cited as the immediately preceding authority within the same footnote or as the sole authority within the immediately preceding footnote, use “id.” and indicate any difference in page number: Id. at 3437.
2) Supra. Include the author’s last name before “supra”; when there is no author, use the title of the piece, or, if listed before or instead of a title, the designation of the piece. In using “supra” form, always indicate the page or pages cited except when citing the work in its entirety: Ackerman, supra note 5, at 1425; see also Note, The Death of a Lawyer, 56 Column. L. Editorial and Peer Review Process
Submitted manuscripts are reviewed by three referees selected amongst prominent scholars and practitioners by the Editorial Board members. At least two of the three referees must not be from the same association as the author(s).
The standard by which the referees are to use for their review of manuscripts are as follows:
(a) Manuscript’s originality
(b) Manuscript’s professionalism
(c) Manuscript’s quality
(d) Manuscript’s contribution to academia, and
(e) Possibility of plagiarism or the like.
Upon review, referees will make one of the following recommendations with the examination details (appendix 1) :
(a) Acceptance without revision
(b) Acceptance after minor revision
(c) Re-review after revision, or
(d) Rejection.
If two or more referees chose “Rejection,” such manuscript will be regarded as rejected from publication.
Names and decisions of the referees are kept confidential.
The Editor-in-Chief will notify each author of the final decision on acceptance or rejection of the manuscript.
 
Copyright
Upon publication in the Kookmin Law Review, while copyright of the manuscript belongs to the corresponding author(s), it is agreed that the Law Review and theLegalResearch Institute retain the right to directly or indirectly produce, sell CD-ROMs or disk-files and supply via electronic media, without compensation to the author(s).

Please note that the KookminLegalInstitute will select two or three excellent journals and give an award of 1,000,000 KRW among the journals published in the Kookmin law Review for the first, second and third issue of 2 volumes recently published.
